Message: They were super busy, had a hard time finding someone for assistance.. Long line for checkout... One cashier was fast, the other one. The young one, was super slow and just seemed like she didn't want to be there. The older one that cashed me out was super nice and friendly. Everyone else was friendly.

Message: This store hires really good people in their departments. I came in with a shower faucet stem that needed to be replaced around 5pm yesterday. I managed to find the right stem. The guy in plumbing confirmed that and also explained to me the extra piece and a special tool I'd need to take the old one off (still deep in the faucet assembly at home) and put the new piece back on. I really appreciate him explaining that to me. Thank you to him and to this Ace for continuously hiring knowledgeable people in their departments. What started as a very frustrating day ended, upon retrospection, feeling very blessed and empowered.

Message: There's always a nice cashier that checks me out. ( he has amazing groovy hair) I need to remember his name and will update you as soon as I remember. As for the managers, they like to stand around up front talking about who's late from lunch. I wasn't there for 30 mins. Just made me feel weird micromanagement out loud. That cashier is nice he makes me still want to come back.
