Message: I was shopping at Lowe’s earlier this week and I had such a great experience with Logan F******. that it prompted me to ask his full name, store # (#0243), and me to write this review.. Keep in mind that this was also during the post Christmas rush when things are crazy and staff are usually overworked. After shopping at, at least 30 stores over 2 days for an upcoming project, he was the very first to take time to help me locate a product that I came in for (and not seem irritated about it), figure out what to do with a hard to find item, and then once we realized that there was no way to get the product from any Lowe’s within reason before my project date, he gave me suggestions for alternate materials that would work from a hobby store across the street. No, it wasn’t Home Depot :) I had already checked there anyway.. Almost solely based on the fact that he helped me solve this problem no matter where it sent me, means that I will be a devoted return customer. It says a lot about your business and that you put the customer first. In fact, all of your employees I had contact with on Tuesday evening seemed to be in great moods! I tried to find a way to submit this directly to the stores manager online but couldn’t figure it out. I hope this experience finds the manager! Thanks Logan!
