Message: The ordering process by phone went fine. The flower arrangement was also delivered the same day as promised. However, I never received an email with the invoice or a confirmation that the flowers were delivered. I was supposed to get a photo by text as well. I had to call the wife of my colleague to see if it was delivered. And it was for a funeral, so that is not cool that I had to follow up with the recipient. I had to call again today to get the receipt. Of course, no photo since it was after the delivery now. I was told by the recipient that the arrangement looked nice, and it was delivered, but I will not order here again because of the run around.

Message: Website shows options for "standard" (cheapest) "deluxe" (more $ & flowers) or premium (most $ & best quality flowers) for the bouquets. There is also an option for you to check a box if you do not wish to have any flower substitutions. (DON'T BOTHER! ) I uploaded first photo (standard) second photo (deluxe) and 3rd photo (what was actually delivered) I ordered the Deluxe with no substitutions. Same day delivery was a success. The rest.. well, I'll let you decide.

Message: I’ve been to T&D’s quite a few times with my wife to buy terra-cotta pots, succulents, and other plants. I’m pretty sure all 6-7 employees we saw this past visit all asked if we needed help finding anything - very helpful. I’d say prices are fair and they have quite an array of plant options. Honestly I’m no expert in the planting field, but I can tell you this is a great place to go if you are.
