Message: I am a superintendent for Beacon Homes in Edmond. We use Builders First Source for our window needs, among other things. I recently had a window with a manufacturing defect. Nathan Graham came out to install the replacement glass and did a wonderful job. He also checked out another window I had questions on and told me he would take care of it. As a superintendent, that is a huge help. This was a late Friday afternoon and first thing Monday morning my sales rep called to tell me the plan. Nathan held true to his word and got it handled as promised. In this world, being able to trust a persons (and company’s) word is a vital thing. Nathan was great and even taught me a few tips and tricks that make my day to day a little easier when taking care of the windows throughout the build process. I look forward to our building our working relationship as time goes on, both with Nathan and BFS alike.

Message: Hector with Builders First Source came out today for a warranty claim and got the window fixed in no time. He was super friendly and helpful and addressed all the issues we had and gave us some good tips on maintaining the windows as well. Message: We had a pane of glass crack in our Taber home that they do the windows for. Morgan in the department was fantastic on scheduling and follow up to get us in to get it fixed.. Nathan is the tech that came out and he deserves five stars as well! Professional, very well trained, and communication was great. He cleaned up his mess and wore shoe covers in our house. He even had covers for his ladder feet! Thank you all for your help!
