Message: Builder FirstSource (BFS) came to my home last week to repair a leaky dining room window. The technicians did a fantastic job finding and fixing the leak ensuring it was sealed with extra caulking, inside and outside. I showed them window scratch damage done to a tall transom living room window discovered after closing. I did not expect any further help. Though, I did want them to know about it since the scratch was on the inside of the window pane and not my own or someone else's fault. The technicians immediately informed me it will get replaced and a Field Report will be done and turned into Mario Ewing who will get back with me to schedule a new replacement. Mr. Ewing was very professional and helpful and the technicians alike. He scheduled me for the window job next week and reschedule the appointment for a later time to ensure I did not miss an earlier scheduled appointment.. I highly recommend BFS for all window concerns. The techs were very knowledgeable about various brands of windows and the windows installed throughout my home. Mr. Ewing has been kind, professional, and courteous while ensuring a smooth and seamless process as a new client. I will definitely return and recommend family, friends, and others for any window need to BFS. Thanks!

Message: I am a superintendent for Beacon Homes in Edmond. We use Builders First Source for our window needs, among other things. I recently had a window with a manufacturing defect. Nathan Graham came out to install the replacement glass and did a wonderful job. He also checked out another window I had questions on and told me he would take care of it. As a superintendent, that is a huge help. This was a late Friday afternoon and first thing Monday morning my sales rep called to tell me the plan. Nathan held true to his word and got it handled as promised. In this world, being able to trust a persons (and company’s) word is a vital thing. Nathan was great and even taught me a few tips and tricks that make my day to day a little easier when taking care of the windows throughout the build process. Message: Hector with Builders First Source came out today for a warranty claim and got the window fixed in no time. He was super friendly and helpful and addressed all the issues we had and gave us some good tips on maintaining the windows as well. Excellent customer service, kudos to Hector and give that guy a raise. Employees like that can be hard to find!

Message: We had a pane of glass crack in our Taber home that they do the windows for. Morgan in the department was fantastic on scheduling and follow up to get us in to get it fixed.. Nathan is the tech that came out and he deserves five stars as well! Professional, very well trained, and communication was great. He cleaned up his mess and wore shoe covers in our house. He even had covers for his ladder feet! Thank you all for your help!
