Message: Called on a Wednesday morning and was told it would be about a week turn around time. I took my mower in 60 minutes later that day and explained that the mower starts and runs for up to 3 minutes. That I had changed the spark plus, filter, oil, and added fresh gas with no luck. 48 hours later on a Friday afternoon, I received notice that my mower was back to working order. He said it really help by telling him what I had done and that allowed him to try the next steps and return the mower back within roughly 48 hours. I felt the price was very reasonable. I would use Ed's Lawm mover service again.
