Message: Wow! I happen to be working close to this store & kinda hate spending 2/3 days a week in Lowes & Home Depot.. As a full-time handyman I found this store to be fantastic. The employees here took time out of their day to help me put on my tire even though we found out my spare was flat they okayed me to park my car until help arrived. I feel so loved right now all because they went above and beyond for me today!

Message: My issue with this place is the way the employees approach and interact with shoppers. I have been in the store 4 times with different employees offering assistance to me, at all times I'm looking for the cheapest way to fix something or complete a project but they seem to be in a hurry to get me out of the store. I promise all 4 times had I felt more welcome I would have spent a lot more money there because I see some awesome things displayed, and in the end the more money customers spend and more that we feel like we got a deal the more we come back and refer others into the store and thats what makes your business more profitable..
